After Rockman 9 came out and was available to play, a big fan called MegaPhilX decided to take a big step, and created a trailer for his own game. Many fans saw this trailer and was amazed at how good this game looked. Later, MegaPhilX explained that it was created as a Flash animation. The music in the game is made by both MegaPhilX and Yan Thouin.

The bosses that MegaPhilX had in mind for this game were these:
Jet Man
Tank Man
Nail Man
Nitro Man
Glue Man
Rainbow Man
Comet Woman
Yo-Yo Man

MegaPhilX has announced that the game will become a fan-created game, using N64Mario's Mega Man Engine. There isn't any words on when it will be finished, but look forward to it when it comes out.

Since Capcom has decided to release Rockman 10, MegaPhilX changed the name of this game to something better fitting.
