This fan game is a RPG Maker project by Hypershell. You control Mega Man Volnutt through different kinds of landscapes, and facing enemies like reaverbots and other mysterious beings, including someone with long blond hair. But there is only a demo of the game available, and there's no word if Hypershell will work on the game some more.
